Last time I was on the cowie the bible camp was closed to fishing because of altercations, and theft. Maybe that has changed, but you might want to confirm before you head to the camp.

I was there last weekend and it is open and chatted to the guy that lives by the bridge (I also heard the same at the beginning of the year)

Just remember guys that it is private property and be respectful and pack out what you pack in.
