Columbia Meats on Nanaimo Street in Vancouver has pre-marinated wild boar steaks on for around 6 or 7 bucks each.
Generous cuts, the marinade is most excellent.

His kids came over from the mainland for a visit, and he had them bring a couple extras along.

That was some of the VERY BEST pork we have ever chowed down on!

Those boys are big hunters, I always wondered where that meat was coming from at that price. Great deal and delicious. I also get their Maui ribs a lot for a quick beach BBQ staple. Next time you order get some of their dry Soppressata as well.Here's an interesting one:

That was a sweet deal when they did. I think that one was an oversupply issue from Covid.Save on Foods has AAA whole brisket on for $4.99/lb starting tomorrow. I looked back and saw they had it on sale for $3.48/lb back in December 2020.
