I’m thinking about the arrow all metal construction for mine. Good reviews.

This is what we have at the cabin for a carport. The only small annoyance is the gutters are a pain to keep clean as they are very narrow. Otherwise, it has been great.

Haha ya for the boat for sure. In our skinny driveway at the cabin this thing works great. I'd love to have a huge out building for the boat, cars and general escape facility from family life when required, but stupid vancouver real estate has other plans.
