They drag for mysis shrimp for pet fish food. They were transplanted to help kokanee, and there were some 7lbers for a few years. Then they figured out that young kokanee eat the same microplankton stuff that shrimp eat and kokanee started struggling. A big brief blow last night raised hell at some marinas also.
Edit: I just saw the article. He must have got hung up in the cabin somehow. The shrimp come up at night making them more catchable which is why they were out in the dark when the sudden storm came up
