As the band wagon lightens lol
Still on the wagon, always will be a diehard fan. But I’m also a realist and I think the ‘Nucks need some playoff seasoning and more depth before they’re ready for this kind of heavy hockey. They played a much heavier game in the first half of the season. The relentless forecheck that worked so well for them early has left their game, I feel. We have only seen it in fits and starts this series, and I think key players are starting to wear down.

For me, this season has already been a success. After the horrors of the Benning era, I can see a plan and proper asset management. I think brighter days are ahead, no matter what happens these playoffs.

Didn't Benning bring in JT Miller though? He is a great 2 way player and tough enough for any playoff run. Would not be the same team without him.

He did trade for Miller, who’s my favorite Canuck. He also drafted Hughes, Boeser and Pettersen but had multiple draft failures and crazy trades

Gameday!

4:00! Whatta hell. Can't be a bad example for the staff and leave early on a Friday.
So, we will just have to fire up the big screen in the boardroom and they can all hear my colourful dock language while swilling Luckys.
I saw a Tochett on TV yesterday, I do like the guy.
Let's see three periods of exciting hockey!!

"Playing a full 60 minutes" is heard so often that it's a cliche, but it's true. Canucks with a full 60 effort can put this thing away tonight.

DIL's birthday celebration today, right after work/school are done; ie, 4 pm. Ugh, but we love her lots so she will have my full attention and respect. Recording is set so I can watch later, at least I can skip through the talking heads, ads and attention-seeking national anthem singers. I love all youz guyz, but I will NOT be checking in here for comments until I'm done watching!

They have to come in guns blazing and push the predators into their own zone and make them make mistakes/turn overs then actually hit the net! shots dont mean jack all if you never hit the net OR even have any net presence get in front of saros and make him earn the save.
