Calypso camp Surf inlet

Anyone know about Calypso camp in Surf inlet? Some sort of a camp and looks like a weir on the Surf River.

I have read some history but I'm more interested in what is at the head of Surf Inlet these days. There's a camera at the camp on the Windy app.

It's a float camp mostly used for heli logging. Spent many days and nights on it.

I was fishing Camaano Sound recently so I decided to make the run up Surf Inlet for shts and goggles. Not much there was able to see the huge wooden dam and a dilapidated concrete building which was probably power generation plant from the water fall. A shallow bay so didn’t get in to tight. Ended up stayed on the hook in Penn Harbour. Was cool to see!
