Had another EPIC day on the water with Go Deep Go Cabo.com yesterday. Capt Luis and Jose continue to amazing me with the ability to get on the fish. This is the 6th time I have fished with them this season and everyday has been spectacular. We started the day looking for Yellow Fin, a good hour in Luis spotted some dolphins and we race over to them. We were not in the area for a minute and we had a triple header. All 3 in the boat and the gear went back down. This continued for a couple hours until we had our limit of these tasty fish. We then decide to drop some Dorado and Marlin gear and see if we could hunt one down. About an hour after that the boys up top spotted a Sword Fish sunning itself. Jose was on the bow with live bait in a flash and with his first cast he hooked up on it. He pasted the rod off to me and the battle started, and a battle it was. Nearly 5 hours later, arms numb and back aching we finally got the fish on the boat. She was estimated at about 250#. I have fought a lot of different fish in my life but this fish was by far the toughest fish I have ever played. I played this fish on a TLD 20A with 40# mono and a 80# fluorocarbon leader, EPIC!
