Hi GLG. Fished out of Browns Bay yesterday.Started off at the wall outside the marina at first light and then proceeded to fish a half dozen spots up Seymour narrows that I know at various times hold springs.Other than a few feeder springs and lings which we released things were alarmingly quiet.Tough slugging to say the least!After reading r.c cravens "to bonk,or not to bonk" there isn"t a greater time to practice good conservation{It dosn"t mean a guy can"t bonk a fish for a meal on a fishing trip.}I let my son do all the reeling and aided in the releasing and the smiles on his face said it all! We had a great day on the water none the less!

I was up fishing Sep head yesterday. Hooked a small pink and what looked like a small spring until he jumped and spit the hook. Other than that it was pretty quiet.

Talked to someone who is always there and said fish havent shown up in any numbers yet , so not worth fishing the area yet

I was there on Saturday and no sox. Heard today even the commercials aren't getting many.
