Boat theft at Courtesy Haven

My buddy just called me and he's on a ferry to the Island. He got a call this morning from coast guard that they found his 20 ft. Double Eagle floating in the inlet. It was stolen from Courtesy Haven and found with the windows all broken and downriggers as well as the canvas top missing. All the fuel was siphoned out and they trashed the inside. There was empty beer cans that were not his. He told me he had a bad feeling since managment had changed.
