Back when I sold downriggers the only place for replacement parts was the place in North Bay Ontario that's mentioned on the website and they were the closest place to W. Canada, no dealerships west of The Bay.

Ya I didn't think there was anything out west as the website doesn't list anything but I thought i'd try with you guys just in case. Alot of times these websites arent always accurate

10 years ago I bought big Jon downriggers from Renfrew sports in Calgary. They had parts as well. Not sure if they sell them any more though. 403-253-6933
