Hi, Planning to go to Toquart Bay with 18' boat. It's a first trip there. Need any advise or up-date of the conditions of the road, campground , fishing, etc. Heard a lot about Barkley Sound, can't wait till my break starts... Thanks !
Im not sure how the road is.Make sure you have a chart there is a lot of rocks going through the broken group.Make sure you fish swale rock late morning to early afternoon there is almost always a good bite that time of the day there.
The road was in really bad shape a couple of weeks ago.They are hauling 24/7.If your at toquart you don't need to go thru the broken group to get to swale.just skirt the edge.It is foggy most mornings so a GPS in an asset and chart a must.
