Ha!
Last year we were coming out and stopped to check trailer tie-downs and lights before the pavement begins. Two couples in collector MG's wanted to know what the road was like. I said to go back to P.A. and rent a 4x4. "But we'll be late and we have a dinner reservation." Better luck next year.

not really, the acrd has updated all their development by-laws,, one that effects allot of us is that we cant even bring water into our own lot until you have a building permit now. restrictions on accessory accommodations, airbnb permitting it goes on and on. All brought in when the road announcement happened.
