Hertel's has sold boxes of bulk bacon ends for years and it is awesome ground in with venison. There was a shop here in the valley that carried this item but is no longer. I have been told there is a shop in Quailicum but have yet to figure out where.
Anyone know where this can be bought? Or have plans on going to Hertel's they are in PA.
