Asian float.

Last week out of Camaano I run across a white hard plastic float ball, short line clip and loaded with barnacles. 216mm in Dia. I’m hoping a member can identify and what do the markings say?

Curious as to how long if possible it’s been floating around had 18-20” of small barnacles on it and which language is it?

That’s really interesting. My wife’s Japanese and agrees that it’s probably Chinese. She can read it but it sounds like a company name and she’s not familiar with it. It’s actually upside down in the photo and the 7 then character is it’s size which is about 21.2 cm.
