Pretty sure that's an old Rex Field plug-I have one exactly like it from 30+years ago.

Looks like a pearl lucky louie from the size of the eye that i see have a few of them and they stil work used many of them up in knight when I first guided, the rex field were a bit more fatter. take that bead chain out dont want anymore coroosion going on. looks like a 5 inch model cant tell if its shovel nose or not... great plug hang on to it!!!!
