Anyone Else Like Fireworks?

Got this years display ready to rock. 3.5 minutes of pure chaos. This about $600 worth, all the dad's pitch in. I really have fun doing this.

Isn't it just the best?! I realize that people that don't get it, just won't ever get it. One of those things that keeps me feeling like a kid

I love it this is the first year I’ve used the fuse I bought some remote detonators but decided to opt out of using it this year at this point may change my mind tomorrow

That's next level. I've never tried that. I like measuring the fuse and trying to time it all just right. Last years show was spot on so I have a lot to live up to this year. The whole finale went up perfectly after making its way through two different fuses and meeting at one big set.

That’s awesome I keep looking at how you got it all rigged looks like you know more about it then me!!
My main goal is to not have it all blow up at once

Last year was the first time I went deep down the YouTube hole looking for tips. Cutting them open to find out exactly where the fuse "starts" is important for timing. The picture is before I went crazy with bracing and tape. I cover all the fuses with painters tape on top so there's no accidental ignitions. It looks like a hot mess now

Painters tape over everything that is exposed? Accidental ignition is definitely a concern for me. Looks like I got a lot more work tomorrow
