Anyone been out Herring fishing around Comox?

Spawning right down to Qualicum now. Easy to jig them in the spawn.

I was out jigging for herring this afternoon. It was beautiful out there….. Lots of action just around the corner from the Comox marina. A few other sport boats out there too…. Now we just have to convert the herring into Hali’s and ling cod, with the occasional salmon mixed in for good measure.
