Antique Outboard ELTO Cub

I have a 1941 Evinrude 0.5 hp. outboard. It is an ELTO Cub, weighs 8.5 lbs. Engine turns over, not seized, prop turns when turning over. Looking for $ 400. PM for more info or photos. You can see more on line if you google ELTO Cub. I had plans to fix it up but I'm not an engine guy. It would be a shame for it just to hang in the man cave.

I had one of these as a youth. It was great on my little 7’ skiff. Beat the heck out of rowing. I don’t think I got $400 for it when I sold it....sigh.
