Well, since there are no posts pertaining to the fishing right now on the other thread, I thought Id start one just for fishing reports. Whats happening out there guys? Is it worth towing the boat to Port Alberni this weekend?

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KILL ANY SPRINGS IN THE INLET!

Lorne, I have not seen any restrictions on springs in the inlet,as for the fishing went down last weekend, saw a few caught in the inlet but the best fishing was from 10 miles out of Bamfield out to the rats nose
. Lots of cohos with some springs in the mix

inlet looked pretty quiet on the weekend as i drove through , not many boats , fishing wasnt too bad from Whittlestone right down to Yankee Bay this past weekend, especially considering we were the last boat ta leave the dock every day Fog Ducker = Club Ducker...turned into a dancefloor on the back a few times lol...
multiple fish days for us , 22 - 44 ft on anchovies , opened up a fish at the the table , full of small needlefish , guess what i used the next day ! it went off , in front of a few boats too lol.. nothing huge , 22lbs the largest , quite a few coho around too , troll FAST , seen a boat hitting them pretty consistently on anchovies , no flasher , FAST , couple of Older Veteran buddies , cool ta see..
