8th Annual Davey Derby

Just a short message that the 8th Annual Davey Derby is coming up on the weekend of July 25th, 26th and 27th at the Port Renfrew Marina. We will have a prize table that will be worth over $14,000.00 which features a Yamaha T-8 kindly donated by Three Point Properties and Monti's Boat Sales. All of you are invited to come out and join the Davey Derby Fishing Club where all funds generated by the weekends’ events will be donated to various charities, families in need, and salmon enhancement . Another year of the Davey Derby. Mental note to self.....caution on mixing red wine and LUCKY LAGER...must pace myself!!! Really, this is a great derby, lots of fun, and great prizes. Thanks to Audie Williams for keeping this event going. Proceeds going to charitys and people in need. He puts in a lot of his time into this. See you out there this year. Heads up on the water, potatoes tend to stray off course.. the gun is getting old!!!

I was so moved by the charitable causes this derby serves. I donated some KoneZone Daisy Chains and other gear to help with prizes. I wish I could make it to the event but will have to shoot for next year. This is a good cause in need of your support. Thanks to all who are involved. Be safe and wear your life jackets.
