350 carbureted closed system swap to 350 MPI?

I have a 350 MPI system off a fresh water cooled boat, this was a bravo leg.
I’m wondering how many parts I would need to buy, to use my intercooler off my carbed engine for an alpha leg?
Or where I could get some details to help me out.
