Agree that C&B was productive this past weekend. On sunday, two keeper chinook, one of which was a white. Large blue/green spoons skimming the bottom, as deep as I could reasonably go (250'). I only run dummy flashers, so I don't know if regular flasher folks do better. I expect its about the same, just a different feel. I like the direct line to fish action, and faster resets.
The herring are definitely moving in, and not just hugging the bottom. They were up on the surface east of Hornby, although the fishing was not so good there. I guess they were all full on 8 inch herring.
