What depth were you finding them at?Finally got the boat out today for its first fish of the year. Been a long off season with massive house renovation/addition plus busy life.
Went out from 2:30-5pm off Neck Point and Pipers. Steady action. 6 to the boat plus a underside ling. 3 of the springs were in the 10-15lbs range. Not bad for shaking the cobwebs off. All on spoons. AP herring and a plain shiny chrome spoon ( it used to have green but has been all worn off). 110-130ft on the riggers.
Wondering if anyone has had luck finding coho?
Around 140 ft of water. 110-140 ft on the riggers. Sometimes a little shallower. What depth were you finding them at?
Did you report it? I'd be following him to his car and taking lots of pictures like the paparazzi at a minimum.Disappointing scene at the cleaning station at Brechin today, some guy was cleaning 3 undersized lings and had the carcass of what looked like a yellow eye.
I did, I don't have high hopes after hearing about your reporting experiences.Did you report it? I'd be following him to his car and taking lots of pictures like the paparazzi at a minimum.
Yeah it's usually a bummer for sure.I did, I don't have high hopes after hearing about your reporting experiences.
Every report helps even if they don’t catch him that day.I did, I don't have high hopes after hearing about your reporting experiences.
Sadly not uncommon at BrechinI suspect blatant ignorance to the rules. Not sure many people have the balls to clean illegal fish out in the open. No excuse though.
