Kept one Coho which when filleted at home the flesh took on the appearance of a parasitical salmon as shown on TV a week or so ago: mushy texture which looked like it had been 'tenderised' with a meat mallet. My wife and I decided to give it a miss.![]()
Hey Blackmajic, there's a lady looking into this issue, her name is Alexandra Morton. She's the one person who's advocating for wild salmon and sportfishers.. Maybe you already know about her.
