I've been fishing with a rollieblade dummy flasher last year with good success. Wondering if I could get some action from a Hoochie without an inline flasher

Have you tried Wiggle Fins? They’re popular in the US Midwest. I don’t see why they wouldn’t work on the coast or anywhere for that matter.
