I am looking for a VHF radio, prefer a newer model with DSC - under $150. I need the VHF, belt clip, charger and ideally stand. I will be in Vancouver and prefer to deal locally.
I have looked at a couple of models that are higher priced, but it should give you the idea of what I am looking for.

I am pretty flexible, I think there are some older models from Standard Horizon and Icom as well that I would consider.
