Fishing near Winter Harbour today, caught 3 Coho, 2 Springs, and a couple Rockfish. The Springs had to go back because they were to small, but the Coho's were in the 2 ft. range. We heard a couple of folks on the radio talking about getting Hallies in the boat, we had one on, but we were trolling for Salmon, and he bit through the line.
The line with a 10 oz weight and no downrigger caught as much as the one on the downrigger! We were using spoons and no bait. (SOMEONE forgot the bait)
