Any early season reports comming out of Winter Harbor Yet ?

Met a fellow from Bowser, at a rest area near Woss, this past Sunday morning. He was fishing Winter w/ a buddy and thier report was that the Salmon were 8-9 miles out but they did load up on ground fish of all species.
