Winter Harbour?

Is mid June to early to fish winter harbour?
Will the springs be out in 350 feet of water?

Thanks Sam but this same info has been on their web site for at least 5 five years with no updates. I wanted to hear from some of the people who have actully fished at Winter Harbour in mid June the last couple of years.

I also would love some more knowledge on Winter Harbor and what types of fish are most prevelant and when? HOw the weather is at certain times and how the accomodations are if there are any?
