Winter Chinook Fishery

I hear that Howe Sound can produce some nice winter chinook late October and November. Is there any truth to this?

Also, are these fish heading for the squamish river or just resident salmon?

these are the best tasting and texture salmon i have ever eaten.. they come up bright purple. fish deep with spoons and no flashers in the bottom quarter column. some busy days out there and alot of slow days, if fish arent their than move if wind permits...
