Windows 10 Lirary problem- Need Help???

I need some help with my PC. Somehow I screwed up the libraries and would like to get things sorted out. Can anyone recommend someone that I can call for help. I have spent enough time on this and getting frustrated.

hi bud try a system restore go back to a time point before you where having issues hopefully that may help ..... if not give us a pm john

ssue is resolved. Someone from Microsoft Community helped me solve the problem.
