Guys in Alaska report good results using the Swarm as dummy and no issues with false hits I imagine it happens sometime though.

Not that you need to use them but I know the salmon sharks we're enjoying them later on in the summer up north! (Kone Zones)

I read the Alaskan forums as well, and the swarm flashers have a lot of fishers who swear by them up there. Of course their water visibility is a lot better than ours once the Fraser freshet starts. I think they would work well when visibility is good like during our winter fishery. Not so sure about when visibility is poor. Then you might be better off running the standard full size flasher that generates a large flash and big sonic signature as it rotates. Let me know when it arrives and we'll go test it out Carl.
