Why didn't I buy JDF tickets!

Two years ago I managed a 31.5 and a 30.5 that would have put me in 4-5th place.. had I had tickets.last year a 23 pound and this year My son Joshua and I head out at 11 am and hook into a fish almost right away at the trap on my handheld 37 pounds, we wieghed it in at sunney shores at 38 pounds drove it to Isalnd outfitters they wieghed it at 36 pounds.
IM buying tickets next year[B)]

Above Joshuas head in the top pic is that remote steering for the kicker motor if so what brand is the wheel custom ? thank mike.

I'd be very careful... We caught a 40 and a 43 in Sooke over two years on the Sooke SSES derby weekend and weren't in the derby (at least one of them would have taken 1st.) We registered the next year and have now caught 1 Spring in 3 years on that weekend. Verrry bad carma. Great times though

I went and got that for joel and I have one on my boat as well you can get them down at trotac they rock you wont be dissapointed love the moving knob makes life easy for fishing.

SSES Tournament is cancelled this year due to the terrible returns of Springs to the Sooke River ; only 15 springs made it into the river last year they got approximately 35,000 eggs when 500,000 was required , we at the Otter Point Park have also canceled our Derby to help relieve in some small way the pressure on those Springs , now if they would let us cull some seals and sea lions that would help too !
