Who Sells Tackle in Sidney?

Plan to be in Sidney this week as always want to have a look @ what's on offer, who's got the goods?

Will be cycling down from Swartz Bay ferry so don't have the energy to run much further afield.

WestMarine and Home Hardware both do tackle. That's pretty much it for Sidney, some of the marinas might have some. Don't count on getting bait at Home Hardware, last time I looked they had one pack of Strip!

Capital Iron by Safeway has some fishing gear & marine supplies too.

Home Hardware in Sidney across from Safeway has a really nice selection of tackle and better prices than Capital iron. The last time I bought bait at HH (last week) they had lots.

Good to know HH have restocked, looking like Sunday might be a good day to get out to Fairfax, will be the first time I've fished there, hopefully end my run of skunked Sidney trips!

Anyone here in the Sidney Anglers club? If I don't get into a salmon soon I'm thinking of joining to get some local knowledge!

Home Hardware in Sidney got a new sporting goods associate about 2-3 years ago who is quite keen on keeping a good stock of fishing gear on hand.The prices are pretty good too.
Keep in mind that it is Sidney though!
