What is good place to fish the week after Labour Day??

I was thinking of going to China Creek/Port Alberni after Labour Day but have been reading that the commercial fishery is supposed to open then... I was there when this happened during the sockeye run.

This is my first season fishing around Vancouver Island and I was wondering where else may be good this time of year for springs/Coho?
What about Toquart Bay next week? or Port Renfrew? any other suggestions?

I have the week off and have visitors coming from out East and hoping to find some good fishing.
