what do you have to mark on your bouy

hi i just wanted to go crabbing and i was wondering what i have to mark my bouys with

Your name as it appears on your fishing license. Some people also put their phone number.

Use duct tape and permanent marker...done. That way you are able to have the same gear, but fish with different guys each day.
