what do you guys think this truck is worth?

looking at picking up a 1989 f150 6cyl. diesel with a rebuilt engine. Its a long box. Can anyone estimate to me (only having seena few pics) waht it would be worth from good condition down to bad (interior a mess, rust) condition? thanks
ps a standard tranny

Well I bought a 89 f150 with the tuned port 302... power windows/locks, real nice interior and the body in good shape for $1000 about 4 years ago.... made a little bit of money on the resale though

$500-$2500. But if it's an F150, I doubt it would have a diesel in it, they didn't come with them from the factory in the half ton, and I can't think of any 6cyl diesel that wouldn't cave the front suspension in on one. They ar enot worth a lot of money regardless, but if it has a gas 6 cyl that had to be rebuilt, I would proabably move on since it's pretty darn hard to wear out a 300CID Ford 6.

Keep in mind that trucks are not selling well right now. You may get a really good deal on one if you shop around and lowball the price.
