Thanks; it’s just about dialled in now. The wife might scoff if I say I’ve finished spending money on it thoughSweet Campion!
Looks so shiny!Well, here’s the first sneak peak literally just picked the boat up from Alberni power and marine 30minutes ago was absolutely blown away with their service everything went extremely smooth from beginning to end with a wicked fast turn around.
On my boat the trim tab on the transducer side has to be fully up to track bottom at speed. I assume your new one is mounted at the rear and not through the bottomGot out for a quick test of the new equipment I just put in and everything worked well. Clarity of the carbon is sooo much better than my old hds10. Tested out the new transducers real quick, pretty happy with them but the real test will be going in the deeper 200+ft water. Here’s a quick shot comparing the active image to the p66, you can see how much clearer and more defined the targets are with the chirp and downscan. These were with basic settings, still need dialing in. Any tips on getting your ducer to track bottom at speed? Can’t get either to do so and haven’t been able to with previous ducers.

Yes transom mounted, about a foot from the tabs. I’ll try with them fully up thxOn my boat the trim tab on the transducer side has to be fully up to track bottom at speed. I assume your new one is mounted at the rear and not through the bottom
