Run some buck tails on the surface first thing in the am, about 300ft back from the boat about 2.5mph by casaloma and by the bridge also gellatley and by okanagan mountain park.

cop car coyote spoons with 6 - 8 oz of weight trolled at 2.5 - 3mph and Lyman plugs as well.
