Weird crap you've seen fishin

Well eagles are normal I would think as I have picked over a dozen Canadian Bald Eagles out of the water. Please Note...Canadian Bald Eagles.... Same as the Americian Bald Eagles but these ones were Canadian. Canadian Bald Eagles are tamer and are easily hand fed in front of most BC fishing lodges.

We were cruising through Active Pass a couple years ago and saw a bunch of splashing and commotion over on the port side. Going over to check it out, as we got closer it turned out to be an eagle in the water. It finally got to shore and dragged up a 4 or 5 lb. salmon with it. Pretty cool to watch.

Some of the bull$hit I've seen on the Nitnat is pretty strange, too. But probably not the sort of thing this thread is about.

Yeah, you can save that one for next fall when "those" threads show up :D

Reminds me that I found a pic of a HUGE snapper from a friend of a friend. Might be 50+lbs. Also found pics of a ocean caught sturgeon, 80-90lb sablefish, 70lb ling, 25lb steely all caught off rupert.

Hey kelly , Not hooked. it was only about 50 feet from the boat , probably a 50lber , full on 3 or 4 feet fully out of the water. What was worse we were hali fishing and got skunked!

That would have been cool to see.....

Anyone remember Humpback Valley Campground?....A place I will always hold dear to the heart.
Stockie lakes that would give you hours of pleasure. The parents would party...I would fish..
Rowing around in a blow up boat with a buddy and sure enough he caught something...pulled it up and it was a chicks bathing suit. Wish I was there earlier.... would have been worth the watch.
