Set of vortec 5.0l heads, or long block. Or complete engine. 06 vintage fuel injected ( GS ) model I believe.

It was a real pita to source a 5.7 vortec last summer. I had to use Michigan Mortorz out of the Stares and they provided a net new long block. He could check with them, we tried every gm dealer and resource across bc too. Even volvo said they could deliver but failed repeatedly. The MM engine has worked well for the past 67 hours and we were pleased other then the overall cost.

This looks like a vortec head to me:
