WANTED 8/9wt fly rod and gear asap

Hi everyone i am looking for a 8 or a 9wt fly rod so i can go river fishing, im only fifteen so please no extremely expensive rods, i am in victoria. some other things i am also looking for:

-rod / reel case
-reel
-coho chum spring flies
-size 10-11 waders
-anything else you would recommend to have as i am just starting

I have a set of 10.5 hodgeman leather boots and Bare lg neos.
