Ucluelet ,Bamfield and Tofino Reports

Were has everyone been catching the fish?
Has anyone been flyfishing for COHO?
Are their any Halibut spots in close this time of year? Or do we have to go way out. We would like to pick up one each and a couple of large springs.

Either one will do, are you planning on bringing your own boat? If you are then it's the run up the canal VS the paved road to UKI. There are still plenty of Halibut in close 5/7/12 miles offshore. Loads of springs around and coho..? Where are the coho? I know in October I plan on bagging some northerns, unless we get lots of rain before then, than I would go sooner.

My boat is already their. It is on it's trailer at Weigh West in Tofino so, if the Coho arn't their we will haul it around to China Creek or Poet nook.
I read on another site that the long week end was good in Ucluelet.
Has anyone else fish lately
