Transients are back chasin' the Whitesiders?

Assuming the whales late in the video by the rock are transients doing a repeat of what we saw in various locales last winter like Squamish, English Bay and Departure.

For those not familiar, this is right below West Van area near Horseshoe Bay; Bowen n the background.

Not sure but this seems to be a positive trend, for many years now there was few returns of the PWD pods.
Large returns yearly seems to say the food source is starting to return, the same food our salmon rely on……no?

The Whitesides returned to Howe Sound when the Squamish Herring stock came back and there have been a few Humpbacks spotted lately too.
