I assume we all see the big ad for the Tofino Saltwater Classic on this site. Has anyone else noticed that the host has kind of a half-way screwed up smile? Its like half smile and half sad face. He looks really drunk or something. I seem to find it very annoying.

Well, I have to appologise. I posted that late at night as a joke, but I wasn't thinking clearly. When I read it now it isn't funny at all. It sounds mean spirited and trollish. Sorry to the forum and sorry to the man himself. An error in jugment on my part. I will edit it now.

I don't think you need to apologize Steelhead. Pretty harmless joking around....could have said a lot worse. I bet BM would be the first to admit that's a goofy looking photo, looks like they caught him between a smile and saying something. Personally I'd rather see a big salmon or scenery, or a changing image....July 16 seems a long ways away to keep seeing that same ad day after day (which of course means way too many forum visits ;-)

Always liked Mo. But then, I liked Bert too and was real pissed when the organization and the entire city turned their backs on him.

BMo was a great canuck. Signing him this year wasn't really an option, they are too stacked at centre...he'd be 3rd line at best, then Malhotra would have been 4th. He's a skill guy, not a grinder, so better he goes somewhere he can play 1st or 2nd line.

I'd fish with him anytime, awaiting my invite.
