Tofino Airbnb on or off water bring my own boat ?

Has anyone rented a Airbnb in Tofino for fishing holiday and brought a boat ? Any recommendations

Rooms aren't fancy. They have a dock and cleaning station. Well appointed kitchen shared with other guests (there are about 7 rooms). Barbecue, crab boiler, fire pit. We've been many times, but needed a condo this year, so sticking to Ucluelet. Ask about trailer parking, since it changes year to year.

My friend keeps his boat here at this dock year round (lives in Tofino). I've been on this property. It's great, the owners seem very nice. The inside of the dock can get super shallow/dry at low tide, outside should be fine.
