Tilt/trim sounding odd

Any thoughts on what's going on? Looked at the fluid level and it seemed full.. no air came out when taking out the bolt to check the fluid. Goes down fine and sounds normal. Just started out of nowhere. Thanks for any thoughts.

Kinda reminded me a little bit of my electric motor for my 115 yami trim pump failing, but my memory of that was from 5 years ago. Knock of motors were under $100 off eBay at the time.

Fixed it. Re-greased the pivot point of the engine and it stopped doing it.

Mines been making a bit of creak as well. I’ve greased…2 of the 5 or 6 visible nipples. Hydraulic steering ram is in the way and need a different adapter. Which one did u hit Mike?

Sorry for the slow reply, I was away all weekend. I greased the one with the arrow in the picture below. But that actually didn't seem to fix the issue, oddly sounded better for a day or two turn went back to the way it was. I then found that the starboard trim ram seal was leaking replaced that, that didn't fix it either. So not quite sure.
