Tides in Port Renfrew

As most know navigating out of the Port Renfrew Marina at low tide can be a tricky business. I have heard a few guys over the years say they use other locations in tide books for predicting tides in Port Renfrew (e.g. Tofino).

Are the DFO predictions for Port renfrew not accurate enough? If so, what is better to use for Port Renfrew?

i was using 2 different sources for my tides when i was out there last, and they were both the same and the marina tides on their white board were 3 feet off [?]
