Am trying to interpret these regs.. I find them very confusing?? One page says non coho retention but also says see restriction page... when go to restriction page says retention is 2 with one wild?? I understand what non retention means but then why reference to restriction page where says different??What the h--l?? Anyone help..

12-2 is always 2 hatchery coho (of which there are essentially zero unless you find a stray from another system). As far as I know there's never an opening for wild coho in that area. 12-3 opens for 1 wild earlier in the year (ends July 31), but never 12-2.
