That is if they even bother to prosecute him. Plea not guilty and there is a 70% chance he will not go to trial. Of course, you know he is already back on the street doing his thing: since the Liberals gutted the Justice system few cases get heard. Up to recent, if you are arrested for an alcohol offense and you plea not guilty, there was a 99% chance your case would not make it into court.
